Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
- Quantity mismatch caused during dispatch
Important Conditions
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proper unboxing images/videos may be required for verification.
- Replacement requests without valid proof may not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of packaging materials and bulk commercial usage, products are non-returnable once delivered successfully.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable. Approved cases, if any, will be processed after inspection and management approval.
